Boo is now ‘officially’ a digital verb
Just got sent a page from the US edition of Wired magazine and I’m delighted that the phrase “to boo” has now entered into the hallowed halls of digital fame. Roll on Oxford English Dictionary!
Audioboo is Vodafone Clicks finalist
We’re delighted to announce we’re through to the final in September of the Vodaphone Clicks contest. This is a brilliant competition in which Vodafone hand you oodles of cash to develop apps which work on devices it supports (at least, that is how we see it:). The final consists of 6 companies – 3 from [...]
The Audioboo Party
So, on the 6th of January, Audioboo had a party at Sun Microsystems in London. @documentally has pictures, as does Benjamin Ellis. We thought it was a fantastic night. We hope everyone else did as well. When planning for it, it started off as a informal do in our offices as a way of saying [...]

John Berger, The British Library & Audioboo
I first came across John Berger as a teenager when reading “A Fortunate Man“, a remarkable book about the social role of a country doctor. Later on, when studying photography, his “Ways of Seeing” was already required reading. So it was already of interest to me to hear from The Guardian that he had agreed [...]

If you’re not lucky enough to be off to the Glastonbury festival (24th – 28th June), then theres no need to worry since Adam & Joe from 6 Music will be there simply for you. Courtesy of the wonderfulness of audioboo. In a (commercial) deal with the BBC, the two presenters will be carrying audioboo [...]
We’re at 140conf
Next week sees the start of the huge Twitter focussed 140conf in New York. Tuesday to Wednesday (16/17th) will see a troupe of 140 characters – including our own @KLBarber, who’s representing Audioboo. But she’s back up by a noble brigade of UK folk - @RadioKate, @Documentally, @sizemore, @1indienation, @PhilCampbell, @dailytwitter and more – landing on the [...]
