SERVER DOWNTIME
Time for an upgrade!
On Wednesday 13th April 12pm GMT (1pm BST, 8am EST, 5am PST) we will be substantially upgrading our servers. Unfortunately that means the for at least 30 minutes (and potentially longer) you will not be able to access Audioboo on the web or upload new files. Also, embedded players won’t play audio until we’re done switching everything across to our new set-up. You can still record within the smartphone app and wait for us to come online again so that you can upload your audio.
Sorry to be the bearer of such bad news, but please understand that this is essential to ensure that we can continue to keep up with the demand for our service.
I will be here agitatedly poking the techies with a stick if things seem to be taking too long, but I know that they will be doing their best to minimise disruption anyway.
